Information we collect
During online membership signup we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number / mobile information
- Mailing or street address
- Selected membership / launch plan
- Your consent to recurring monthly billing
- Optional SMS consent when you choose to receive text messages about launch confirmations and reminders, reservation or schedule changes, ramp closures, billing-status notices, and membership account service notifications
When you continue to payment, Stripe processes card payment details. ICG Boat Club does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
When you activate your account and use the customer portal, we also keep account credentials (password stored as a secure hash), membership and payment status records tied to your customer profile, and operational activity needed to run storage and ramp membership.

Text messaging (SMS)
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your launches, schedule changes, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Required launch information can also be delivered through email and in-app member portal channels when text messaging is not enabled.
Service providers that process information
- Stripe — payment checkout, subscription billing, and related payment events
- Vercel — hosts the website and application
- Neon — hosts the application database
- Gmail SMTP — sends operational email such as account activation and password reset messages from the configured club sender
- Twilio — limited service-provider role for delivering opted-in text messages (such as launch confirmations and membership account notices). Twilio processes message content and phone numbers only as needed to transmit those messages and is not authorized to use mobile information for its own marketing.
These providers process information only as needed to operate membership signup, payment, hosting, email delivery, and opted-in text messaging.
Sharing
We share personal information with the service providers listed above to operate the membership service. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention
Signup, customer, membership, payment, activation, SMS consent, and related account records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet operational needs, and keep an accurate membership history. Some audit records may be retained even after related signup cleanup.
Security
We use standard hosting, database, and password-hashing practices to protect account information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
